Travelling from Bangkok to Kuraburi - Kuraburi travel question

We will be flying into Bangkok and from my research it looks like Kuraburi is a must see. Does anyone have any suggestions on how we would get there? If we should go on our own or on a tour? Any suggestions would be very helpful.
