... "Khanom" ? "Khanom" was made of two important ingredients: flour (powdered rice and sugar.) Later, coconut milk became an adding ingredient. "Khanom" mean like Sweetstuff. What is your favourite Thai Khanom ? I like Khanom Bualoy and Foi Thong.

I have never heard of this...is it a dessert? Some will translate "khanom" as "dessert". There are different types. Khanom Kok is just one. In southern California, the dessert, above, can be found at Thai festivals. Because ...

We found a lady in Chatuchak that make khanom kok "Lopburi". It's like other khanom kok, except it has a green tint and is a little salty. Very tasty variation!
