Does anybody know why Aleppo-Turkey Train isn't running?

... between Istanbul and Ankara. The work means that there is reduced capacity on the existing (slow) line; the train from Aleppo is a victim of this. However, a few months ago an overnight passenger train was introduced between Aleppo, Adana and Mersin.
