I just stayed a few days in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Basque Country for work. Nothing much happened as you can see from the pictures. Basically I was working during the day and roaming the streets at night looking for restaurants serving up good Pintxos.

Of all the regions in Spain, I've found the tapas in the Basque country (called pintxos there) are the by far the best. They are more elaborate, possibly because of the proximity to the French border. Anyway, if you see a Basque tapas bar in Madrid, ...
