... specialties.  I had dumplings in some kind of cheesy cream sauce that I am sure will stick with me for several days.  It's too bad we didn't have more time to explore the mountains here - they really seem untouched for Europe.

I have just been pampered at a Spa in the mountains. Many of the people here are very health conscious. That is especially true for the wealthy. Perhaps that may includes those Americans who have such a reputation in foreign countries. More churches ...
