I was born here =) Also I study at Pskov Polytechnical institute. City isn't big. And I think it's good for life. But it's boring for active life. Only 5 clubs. 2 cinema. 1 theatre, bowling, billiards, karaoke, any bars.... not so many. Not big pay for ...
The zig-zagging border is not guarded as the road passes in and out of Russia over a few miles. No stopping, no walking....and when you cross the cut line in the trees, just like that, you're in Russia!
