Poland ... square complete with outdoor cafes and restaurants. Had a great time! Also, Depends what you like, but Czestochowa with its Castle is pretty unique. The OjcoNational Park near Krakow, and the Sudeten Mountains, especially Karpacz. I hope that helps.
