Just on the Polish side of the Polish-Czech border lies the regional resort town of Jelenia Gora (Hirschberg) in the Riesenberge ("Huge Mountains"). Here Simon (Sigmund) Friedensohn - David, Frank, Peter and Eva's great grandfather - lived with his wife ...
