... most cities. Quito in Ecuador has the most Spanish schools and is pretty cheap. I did 3 weeks in Sucre (Bolivia) which was great, also Arequipa (Peru) and Bariloche (Arg) & Buenos Aires would be good choices IMO. Your Spanish will just about work ...
