I finally got off my arse from Lima and travelled 235km down to Pisco on the coast. Pisco is a really small town which I used to explore the nearby Islas Ballestas and Peninsula de Paracas, which hold abundant wildlife in the Bird and Sea Lion ...
... the views from the cliffs were stunning in all directions, and I sat and watched some turkey vultures sunning themselves for quite a while. The wildlife in Peru really is incredible. And then it was time to move on again..... No rest for the wicked...
Well, can life on the beach be that bad? I stayed here in a beach house with maid and my friends, Dave, Julie & Mateo.
