Well, since we just rented out a big prison to Belgium...something must be changing. I would guess it is partly more "community services" punishments. And we have plenty of criminals...but they work for the bank and insurance companies it ...

Thanks Louise ! I didn't go to Amsterdam, but got one in a Flemish place anyway (yeah I know it's not a flemish meal)... nice falafel in Brugge, Belgium. Can't remember the name of the place, but it was near the Notre-Dame church.
