... Sndakan by bus and had we known our itinerary was going to work out the way it did, we could have flown to Sandakan from the gate beside ours that morning 5 minutes before we took off for Tawau and saved ourselves the day on a bus! The joys of travelling!

... you 5, take out 2 if you fancy climbing Mt Kinabalu and if you want to see the big orange orangutans then come from Tawau via Sepilok, which, including travelling will take up 10 days. Best to fly between places with MAS to save time if you can! ...
