How high did you get in Nepal?

... been to Nepal yet. I know it goes higher than that on the way from base camp to the Nepali border. I wasn't exactly dying at the altitude (although it felt like it) but it was very uncomfortable at night. Felt far worse climbing Mt Kinabalu,Malaysia.
