... for a couple of nights. Spent a few days on Sulug where we were the only people. Had to pay the ferry guy a bit extra to take us there as it isn't on the tourist route. Manukan and Gaya have resorts that you can stay on but we only visited for the day.

... apparently that wasn't enough for one weekend...after descending from Mt. Kinabalu, the group of us headed over to a little paradise known as Pulau Manukan where we maxed and relaxed our sore bodies, ate like royalty, and snorkeled with the tropical fish!

We flew from Sandakan to KK, and then took a boat out to Manukan Island. Lazing on the beach, snorkelling etc. Fab room with two storeys, and three balconies with fab views!
