This is perhaps the most gratitous entry ever and I should be ashamed, but it is in this unremarkable little town that we tasted the best stuffed crust pepperoni feast i have ever tasted... Pizza Hut cheese on cheese in cheese out...
so eventually we had to leave the island :( very sad cos it was so beautiful, but we headed up to Kota Bahru. there wasnt much there and we only stayed one night as we were up at 5 am to catch the jungle train nearly half the length of peninsula malaysia! ...
