... No doubt about Sicily, i think is one of the best regions in Italy!! For the ferry, there are two different solutions: Ancona (if you give up with Sicily) or Brindisi (if you choose to visit the southern Italy) I hope i've been useful...sorry ...

ferry from Greece to Italy

... to Feb.) there will be no need for a reservation. In winter time the Greece - Italy route will be used from Truckers by 75 %, BUT they use the Ancona or Bari route. The Venice route takes longer and is for people going to North Italy, Austria, Germany etc.
