My Mum's is sort of in between. I guess it's about how long you simmer it, but I'd have to ask her. Either way, it's damn tasty!

When I was young I lived in Hungary for only over a year, but I don't really count that. Late teens early 20's I lived in Banff for a few years I feel like I've lived in Thailand with so many long trips over. I guess in a way we have..... ...
