(C) We had to stop for water at the venetian fountains in Spili.  Supposed to cure old age.  Sara filled up several bottles for me. (S) This fountain of youth crap doesn't seem to be working. Chad still acting like old man.

... . we went to king midas' palace at knossos, and a crusader fort on the south west coast near chora sfakeion. also the fountains at spili were good. apart from that we beached it mostly. oh, and a fantastic monastery (no photos allowed) at praveli.
