Hellooooooooo I've never been to Ghana but there are some interesting articles on Trip Advisor: As for sleeping bags, looks like it doesn't get too cool there. The lowest temperature this week is forecast as being 73F or 23C

depends on the frequency that ur mobile supports. i think common dual bands or tri bands mobile can be used in Ghana. my old sony ericson worked in Ghana with no problems, it's a dual bands mobile.and now i use a palm treo instead of the SE.

... is supported here in Africa, big brands like T-mobile and Vodafon are perfectly in operation here while Verizon and others are fairly here as well, every thing is now possible here in Ghana Africa. You will be marveled at what you are going to experience.
