This was a cool TDY I made every 3 months. 5 hours of intense driving on the autobahn to get there. Stayed in a hotel with no bathroom in the room (down the hall). Had sauna, jaccuzi, pool and cost about $10 a night. I was saving the per diem, so ate ...

wow what a trip...

...this was a funny time....

memmingen airport was tiny, smaller than sunshine coast airport. but is was quite nice and the bus drove through the town on the 1.5 hour trip to munich and it was really cute, the houses reminded me of the sound of music!
