Well, we've now been in Landshut at Yvonne's sister's place (Babette) for almost a week now, and it looks like we won't be leaving for Spain til Thursday or Friday (or even Saturday?!). There have been quite a few things to take care of, including getting ...

... ! A good, solid German female name (plus it has 'red' in it). The name Freda conjures up images of a hefty, reliable German woman (possibly with a monobrow) who gets the job done...and well! So, Freda it is. Finally, the next update won't be from Landshut!

We had a much-needed mini-vacation, spent a night at a hotel in Munich, then went up to Landshut and had a wonderful time. Landshut is now at the top of my day-trip lists.
