... alter which they claim contains relics from the 3 wise men. That night we stayed in one of the oldest buildings in Cologne. It was left still intact despite bombings from WWII. Tomorrow morning we are off to Berlin our final destination in Germany.

... the hostel, just to check it out...the river was really nice at night, reflecting the lights of the city. Cool little fact: Mom thinks I stayed in the same hostel in Colonge that SHE stayed in when she was traveling around Europe...so many years ago! :)

Up to Colonge, an OK city but had the shit bombed out of it in WWII. The whole city apart from the Dom was demolished and when they rebuilt it they must've used the same architect as they used in Coventry.
