... dropped us in "Frankfurt - Haan" airport. It was actually over an hour away from Frankfurt, but thankfully Craig had booked us into a hotel in a little town called Bingen. It was a 20 min bus ride away and located on the banks of the Rhein River. TBC

... unfriendly and rude, a fact some other travellers seem to have noticed according to reviews on this site. If you want to keep your good holiday spirits and keep a low blood pressure- avoid this hotel while exploring this beautiful part of Germany.
