... yesterda afternoon. Superb sail, beautifully rigged, easy enough to use and is great for getting us trucking on in light winds. I though I had to send a couple of pictures of the new sail against the sunset in Salinas. Wish you were here! xxx

... coast. Here are some blogs from Travelpoders who have been there. . Last, but not least, just south of the frontier is the Peruvian beach area of Mancora. Much cheaper than Ecuador, and right on your route if going south. Hope this helps Cheers Martin

I have only ever heard of people going to Salinas, it is supposed to be amazing there. But like you said it may be more costly...

... 33; We had an amazing time in Ecuador last year--a very complete trip with time spent on the beautiful windy coast in Salinas to exploring the waterfalls and trams near Baņos in the mountains and then getting evacuated because a volcano erupted!!
