Welcome to the forums hania... I hope you're not spamming. Hmmm...I agree, it's slightly suspect But...Sosua is a beautiful city by the beach and not as crowded by tourists as Punta Cana...though I still prefer Punta Cana

... -way fare is around US$ 10.00. This is the only website I can find with flights between SDQ and PUJ. You are not going to be very happy when you see the prices! Good luck. Hopefully you can change your flight and fly directly to Punta Cana.
