... -Canada to Saskatchewan. Since it was windy, rainy, and cold, we just kept driving through Moose Jaw and Regina and ended up in a tiny campground in Qu'Appelle. We were the only people there but there were showers and bathrooms and we slept in the van.

Rick(my brother in law) suggested we must detour a little to see the Qu'Appelle Valley and we are happy we are. It is a surprising and an amazing site coming out of the flat prairies. The valley is lush with fields of flax which require very fertile soil. ...
