From Cuzco to Uyuni to La Paz

... have to change buses in Puno. Cuzco to Puno takes about seven hours, and it will be another seven or eight hours from there to La Paz via the Desaguadero border. I checked Aerosur online, but cannot find any current service between Cuzco and La Paz.
