Looks like you might have to rent a car... or hire a taxi... It's a tiny town outside of Antwerp. Their public transportation system seems to go pretty far, maybe you could take it to the outskirts and then call for a taxi:

... Spring and Fall. Of course, there was the April that I spent a week in Marbella and a week in Antwerp. The clothes I brought for cold, rainy Belgium I ended up wearing in Marbella, and I needed the sunny, warm-weather clothes in Antwerp! Go figure ...
