We passed through a variety of landscapes to get here, long scrub, short scrub, charred scrub but in turning off to Kilbarri we went to the pinnacles desert.... quite a phenomenon.  sort of like Callanish gone wild, miles of sand studded with wind ...

... most of the day through the outback heading North. Stopping for photos of secenic bays and so on. Stayed the night at Kilbarri, a small fishing and tourist town. Excellent dinner of grilled red snapper, the restaurant catch their own fish that day. BYO too ...
