... and (slightly madly) I decided to peer about in the hope that it was a Banfield - the hopping mouse that's common on the island.  It wasn't.  It was a big black frog (and not a big dangerous black snake). 

Up at an another ungodly hour for the flight over to Dunk Island, it was quite cloudy so once we'd reached cruising height you couldn't see anything from the plane which was a 12 seater - just a little bit bigger than the Vomit Comet for those of you who ...

... and several pros and cons lists doodled on serviettes over dandy soy lattes, I decided on Food & Beverage attendant on Dunk Island. It was hot, filled with palm trees and more importantly filled with people who never uttered the words 'deck warming' ...
