Washington DC, District of Columbia, United States

So I was supposedly leaving to Washington D.C. on the afternoon but I spent "some" time walking around Harlem and then Central Park, and I didn't consider that the train is really slow, or the airport is too far, or both.

To put it plain, this time I totally broke all my records and I arrived to check-in just minutes before departure time. So, no way this time and lost my flight.

Well not that bad I guess, paying a "small feee", I wait now for the next flight I decided finally write this, send some emails, prepare my travel blog, to hear the lastest new about Obama finally running for President and the rumours that Hillary would be running as independent (61% people agree on that, according to the pools).
--
the flight was terrible and with delay, , since there was an hurricane passing by.

I arrived past midnight to Washington D.C. and catched a cab with some luck....
New York City, New York, United States

It was one of my targets for sure to visit many times this famous/infamous china town and feel the spirit of asia in the middle if this city. I just can say I was not dissapointed at all.

Finally I got again the feeling of a area with a real asian touch, beyond tourists sigthseeings. Got some dvd and cds I think I would not easily find otherwhere else. Got delicious food (not always, but oftens). The price of the food is really cheap everywhere there. Got some chinese cakes too. I just remembered the time walking in china town in Lima, a place i will surely visit soon.

more to come...
After having watched many movies of woody allen, lot of sitcoms like Friends and Everybody loves Raymond and of course the King of Queens. You just feel confident in this city.

Of course I will not take your time explaining all what I see, just check the pictures and the occasional comments I might write there.

I haven't seen everything but I saw a lot and enjoyed it.
Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany

The night before my departure I met some friends and we spent some time talking and drinking. After that, around midnight I came back home very tired, so actually I didn't finish preparing my baggage at all. That was done the next day on the morning, but problem was that I didn't check the time so I left home around 90 minutes before departure! I decided to take a taxi and that saved my life since I came just 1 hour before departure to the check in counter, at the very same time my flight was announcing time to boarding.

Always you can hear here you need to be 2 hours in advance for a flight, and if you go to USA you should even be earlier there. I just done totally the opposite. But I can talk, and talk tales, and speak about global warming and traffic issues. The auntie at delta counter was also nice and helpful (as you probably now, sometimes your life or better said your flight fate depends on the mood of the people behind the counters). Of course I was ready to wisely answer all typical questions when you go to USA: when did you prepare your package? Did you leave your package unattended? And so on.. you know all that fancy questions nobody take care. So were my answers. The only one I was not prepared to answer for was: why are you so late? I just was not in the mood to explain the whole history and betray my friends at the night before hahaha

anyway I was checked in after couple of minutes (really), went directly to the security gates: no queues, went to the gate just in time to boarding. In fact I just spend 1 hour for the whole thing.
Not bad.

It breaks my other records when I was going to Moscow or Seoul, but not sure if I should do the same again next time. Actually I need to relax and dont generate adrenalin, but it was cool.
