After spending 13 hours on a plane from Hong Kong my connecting flight from London to Glasgow is delayed....there was a terrorist attack on Glasgow airport 2 days before!

Hong Kong, Hong Kong

Spent one night in the Mandarin Continental Hotel on Hong Kong Island.....what can i say....5 star, bath the size of a pool and sky sports...heaven lol.

I timed it just right too because i was there for the 10th nniversary of Hong Kong being handed over to China so there was a huge fireworks and laser display along the harbour front. Best and by far the loudest fireworks ive ever heard in my puff! Sad that my travels have come to an end....wish i could fly to cape town and do it all over again!!!!!!!!

Bangkok, Thailand

spent a few days here sorting out my flights and picked up a few bargains in the markets. Didnt really like bangkok, everyone trying to rip you off and the tuk tuk drivers were just being complete arseholes! next stop Hong Kong for one night of luxury then back to Glasgow...

Koh phangnan, Thailand

what an amazing island, i loved it. the only bad thing was that it was full of posh english public school kids acting like complete spoilt twats! the weather was great and the beach was huge! drank a few "buckets"....well when in rome!?

next stop bangkok coz ive run out of money and time to go home........gutted!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Koh Samui, Thailand

Our first port of call in Thailand was Koh Samui, after a long bus/boat trip all the way from Penang we spent our first few nights in a touristy town which i cant quite remember the name of! Will find out and let you all know later! We then moved on to another smaller town called lumai which was much better. We had some cracking nights including our record breaking beer drinking game called Centurian.....

the weather wasnt the best but the beaches and beach bars were amazing. My frisbee skills are pretty damn impressive and have taken the throne of frisbee king between us all. sorry Ole, youve got a good catch but your throw isnt up there is it? all hail frisbee king john lol

next stop koh phangnan for the full moon party!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Penang, Malaysia

Hello! Just arrived in Georgetown, Penang. Going to spend a couple of nights here then head up into Thailand. George town is a nice city with lots of old british style buildings. There are hawker stalls everywhere so the food is very cheap! Its also very spicy.....! Our plan is to make our way to Krabi and do some island hopping in southern Thailand. We are gonna head to the Full Moon party on Koh phang gnan (dont know the correct spelling yet) which is on the 29th June so looking forward to that!

Perhentian Islands, Malaysia

Hello! We spent 4 nights taking it easy on the island paradise of the Perhentian Islands. Weather was fantastic and the sea water was like walking into a bath! Ive never felt the sea so warm before! Loved it ! We stayed in a beach hut which was great fun. There is 5 of us travelling up from Singapore up through Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. Kev my mate from work in Sydney, his flatmate Olley, Tiffany and Jude. Got a good wee gang going so its all good.

Taman Negara, Malaysia

Hey! Spent 3 nights at Taman Negara National Park, went for a few treks and a trip to some bat caves which were very smelly! On one of the treks we went on i didnt take enough water and was knackered that night and the following day.... next stop the Perhentian Islands to relax for a bit!

Kuala Lumpar, Malaysia

Just arrived in Kuala Lumpar after a 5 hour bus journey from Singapore. Im going to check out the Petronas Towers this evening which im looking forward too. Probably just spend two nights here then move on.
