Munich, Bavaria, Germany

A fantastic time was had by all in the magical Winter Wonderland. We where there for 10 daysn over christmas and enjoyed every moment. We spend days exploring the city of Munich and doing christmas shopping, as well as stocking up on some of the worlds best chocolate and Marzipan. We ate like Kings in some fantastic restaurants (a sausage a day keeps the Doctor away) and had great christmas "picnic" in our room on christmas eve.
We took some great trips to the surrounding areas of munich and explored the castles of King Ludwig, as well as going to Nurnberg, and spending the day exploring the biggest christmas market. We took some trips out to the country side, exploring the Zugspitze, and spending a day walking through some snow covered terrain (just a litle 3 hour stroll) and rewarded ourselves with some nice wine, and of course some more sausages!
Dubaai, United Arab Emirates

Once upon a time in Dubai.....there came a girl who loved to shop, her heart swelled with excitement as she studied the guide books, and saw so many malls, only one problem occurred to her, she'd never do them all in 5 days, ohh what to do, how to choose??? so she made a plan, every day she would do something cultural, and a different mall. the outcome was a great Holiday, and a promise to return. After all she only saw 5 malls, and realized that there was so much more to Dubai then shops. Here are some photos to wet the appetite of all....
Also managed to fit in 1 1/2 shows 9 fell asleep during the first one due to jet-lag mixed with red wine, most embarrasing..had to leave at intermission.
saw many palaces, castles and searched high and low for lizzie, but she didnt come out to play..or did she????
Went from London To gay Paris after a week, and spend another week there with Ray...loads a shopping and moren sight seeing there...a most excellent holday all round, with many cool breezes, a little bit of rain and even a sprikling of snow....and all ended with a bid smile from me....
