So i've been here and there... tel-aviv to rishon, back to tel-aviv, to rehovot, back to tel-aviv.
been hanging out with my friends and family..
Not a lot of hardcore traveling, just to the same places, but still having fun.
On Friday i went to Neve Tzedek - an old neighborhood in tel-aviv that became really "hip" in the last years. with cool artistic, crafty stuff, cool fabric, and furniture stores to little coffee shops, and good restaurants.
I only got to spend an hour there cause i had to go to lunch at my grandma's house. But i shall return tomorrow!
Last night I finally went to a Capoeira class. something i wanted to do since i got here. i've been practicing capoeira in vegas (and a little in brasil) and i love it so much i knew i have to continue with it in Israel. and its pretty common here.
I went to Cordao De Ouro in Ramat Aviv. i got my own "teacher" since im more like a beginner. and he was great. I really had fun, and i'm glad i finally went.
other than that everything is good.. I didn't do anything all day yesterday, but i guess thats ok too.

Rishon LeZiyyon, Israel

I am in Rishon LeZion. Izhar drove me here to my Grandma & Grandpa (dad's side). we went to visit my other grandma and grandpa for an hour cause my grandma had to go back to work.. then we went to my aunt. tomorrow i am going to lunch at my grandma (mom's side) and then later i'm going out with Yamit and some friends to some bars in rishon (ide'a, and katza)

a lot have happened in the past... who knows, since i've last written here.
i've been out and busy everyday, ALL day! which is great. i met a different friend every day, and spent most of the day with them. i surprised my friend Neta at her apt in Rehovot, and it was great! she didn't know i'm in Israel. I went to breakfast/then lunch with Idit my good friend that i met in Vegas. then on another day I met Michal, a friend from middleschool/highschool. and on all those day i went to bed at around 1:30am... it feels like i ned more than 24 hours a day here. I've been riding the bike to Dizengof from here Lamed, and it's awesome. I even drove already! woo. no big plan for today.. i will try to go see my grandma. Then go out at night. i should prolly write here everyday, but i really don't have time!!!!

so i went to my aunt's house for a little bit, waiting for yamit to get to tel aviv. i took a taxi to alenbi st. where the taxi driver and i had an intense conversation about life in israel and the U.S. (heh)
Yamit took me to this little and cute restaurant called Ha Mitbachon (the little kitchen) in Kerem ha Temanim where we ate some good food.. like, sweet potato latkes with cheese sauce, couscous and veggies, and yummy red eshkolit juice. like a dummy i didnt bring my camera to take pics of it (i am known to take pics of the food i eat...) oh well. i will go back there for sure. it was really good. after that we just walked around for a little bit, went to dizengof center to pee, and yamit ended up shopping.. heh. then we went to this little bar on king george street (dont know the name) and had some beer. it was short because she had to leave before the last bus comes.. but really fun.

My first day in Israel, and I woke up at 3:30!!!
I never have jetlags, so i am guessing its the lack of sleep in something like 30 hours... called my grandparents, and some friends..
Have plans to hang out with Yamit. (hopefully it will happen before 18:00.. but i doubt it)'
and tomorrow i am off to Rishon to see my grandparents.

So finally in Tel Aviv.
the ELAL flight left London late... no idea what the reason why because i was napping as soon as we boarded the plane... the flight was ok too. ya know.. it's a flight. in an economy class... can't say much about it.
We arrived in Tel-Aviv something like 30 mins late. Came outta the plane had to walk like 3847 km to get to border control.. did that.. went to get my lugage that came out right away (thank god) and then came out. My uncle and cousin were waiting for me. went straight to his place in TLV. and fell asleep watching Survivor China at 1:20am...

I left LAX with Air New Zealand, and arrived in London 10 mins early!
The flight was ok. My back hurt and i couldn't find a comfortable position so I didn't sleep the whole flight.. Plus they had those personal screens with on demand movies/tv shows/music/and even video games. so i was busy with that most of the time. I watched 3 movies (1. Darjeeling Limited. 2. Into the Wild 3. Ratatouille (however you spell it...)) by the last movie, i was just so tired i took 1 min naps every 5 mins.. but i couldn't fall asleep :(
