we had a break from school and duties so we took a journey to mt ruapehu. this is a maori sacred mountain that luckily for us snow junkies the sell lift tickets to get to the top with your snowboards

sabrina attacked snowboarding for the first time and kicked ass!!!

unfortunately we forgot the camera to the mountain but we got some nice shots of the majestic beauty

Well after the toll of the train ride we needed a 3 hour rest.
Took full advantage of this moment before plunging into liquor luges and debauchery.
I was told about "Kelly" ron and tom's new BFF however we had never met.
Glad we did as she is the ambassador to Chicago, stunning Italian with some Native blood running like fire through her veins.
And yes kids her blood runs thick, as gold.

The night entailed piggy back rides, pony rides, wheel burrow rides, around the world rides.

I passed out and miss the mustache ride but ces le vies

We took a little trip down to the City of Rotorua, you notice the heavy smell of sulphur due to the natural hot springs and thermal activity in the area.

You get used to the smell....which is scary...as the smell si still there.

This was a short and sweet trip to a great city.
Taking the train down we were able to see the New Zealand country side in all her splendour.

Although our trip was short we did not waste anytime, a vibrant City awaited us and we took in and sampled everything Wellington Had to offer.

Cable Cars, Fresh Fish, Cinemas, Bars and tramping around the city
