My first trip to Europe 07. My first flight to London Heathrow airport.Thanks to my friend Maritess who's been here, she knew the ways around London as far as getting to the Hotel and taking the big red bus, the train & the tour to Stonehenge, Bath and the castle. Our first night in London, we took a nap from the flight and decided to walk around the streets and find a place to have dinner. Of course, we had to try their fish & chips.

We arrived in Copenhagen at 7 p.m and started the evening with an Evening canal cruise & Tivoli Gardens. It was a delightful cruise through the city.

St. Petersburg, home of the czars! Our tour was the Winter Palace - the Hermitage Museum. It is the largest museum in Russia founded by Catherine the Great in 1764. It has the most remarkable collection of art in the world about 3mm artifacts.In the evening, we had a night of Russian Ballet at the Palace Theatre. Their sunset was at 11:36 p.m. which was hard to sleep at that time cuz the sky was as bright as 6p.m. California time.

Back to Fumiciano Airport. Unfortunately, was not able to get on the one & only flight to SFO so we had to stay one more night in Rome. Had to purchase Lufthansa tickets to Frankfurt 270 Euros each. ouch that hurts! But we just want to go home now at whatever cost.
