paradise need i say more. meet some awsome people here. just got used to layin around until midday then maybee read a book lie on the beach or walk up or around the island to the smallest airport in the world! lol or a viewpoint. had awsome time here no internet acess, well there is but its expensive and who care about the rest of the world wen ur chillin on a beach life like this. i got diarohhea which messed last few days ere up but i took sum petobismol tablets and clogged myself up for a fair few days! lol. love it here no cars just totall chillout apart from the fijian kids school! and the kava drinking fijians at 7am ! lol but nice to live in with the culture, ps mike got his flip flops nicked (thongs)

love scuba diving. this place is awsome, scuba diving is awsome this place is up for close contention with ko phi phi of thailannd, done lots of dives ere b4 i go home. got really stoned pissed and love diving! neway 30 hour trip soon to go home lets just say mixed emotions! i wana stay ere 4 xmas basically but av no money left, every peenny goes 2 scubadive!!!!!!!!!!

very cold wet depressin, was nice 2 b home 4 2 days now i think wish i was back away! owell!!!!!!! since ive been back ive been binging out on the things i really missed like miss millies, eng breakfasts,baths etc, however now im back i miss the things like watching the most beautiful sunsets on nananu, walking aroung in shorts etc! owell thats the pros and cons of travelling.
well what can i say its been the adventure of a lifetime. 8months travelling the world, its changed me 4 sure. been home bout a week back in2 the norm but through a different pair of eyes compared to when i left. And i want 2 go away real bad already. only now i have no money, so roll on a job if i find 1. neway the world is your oyster, so true travelling is so easy and i am concluding that from my travells my dream job would be a scuba diving instructor travelling the world, can not reccomend travelling enough! go 4 it it will change u 4 life! best year so far 2006!!!!!!!! peace out

Airlie beach, Australia

well we r stil in airlie and its quite a nice size place bit like byron bay. enough pubs 2 get drunk til 4 am if u like but no skyscrapers and not a massive town. quite like it ere. mike has gone scuba diving on the GBR today however i didnt because 3 reasons, the main 1 being that my temporary padi diving license has expired, i tried to say could i getmy parents to fax a copy over but thats not allowed, instead i would have 2contact padi and pay2 get them 2 contact the diving school which all seemed a bit much effort seing as every1 i have spoke 2 that has dived in thailand and the GBR said thailand was better, althou it would be nice 2 say i have dived the GBR its not the name that matters its what u see underwater. Also my money doesnt really allow me2 go spending on stuff like diving, i am just going to wait til i get to fiji and if i have enuf money left on the last week then do skydive or scuba dive or sumthin or maybee even treat myself to a nite in a hotel u never no!
we r staying in Magnums hostel here is one of the better hostels for the price with a big bar and tv screen and live entertainment. really gud place. meeting loadsa really cool peopleas always they come and go.
one thing i habve noticed about airlie is there is a lot of aussieshere on holiday, still loadsa bakpakers but a lot of aussies on holiday or working here on the boat cruises not as bad job hey?
me and mike wentout the other nite and i will b hoinest with u after 7months now of getting pissed and stoned some nites i dont feel like getting bolloksed but just like 2 go out 4 a few quiet beers. the problem being that we r meeting people on holiday for 1 week that say "wats rong wiv u y aint u getting smashed? u english drink slow" (just like the kid in surfers paradise that i nicknamed r mum) and im just thinking fuck off! basically! they try tellin u 2 get drunk and ur just like m8 this place doenst even have a patch on getting smashed on phi phi island thailand raving on the beach! but one thing i have noticed with my time here is that some aussies have a real chip on there shoulders against the english. they fink oz is gr8 and eng is shite, thou theve never been. They also call us poms - Prisoner Of Motherland (england) when they r the ex convict prisoners! i think its some sort of rubbish comeback.! and they r loving the fact that they have won the 1st test in the ashes, as we just turn around and say "no1 in england likes cricket" lol. however we have been dishing out the banter for the ashes champions b4 it started last week in brisbaine. owel. but enough asbout the minor bad things, its a gr8 place andlove lying by the lagoon pool beach fing ere in the sunshine beating mike at rugby games in the pool! lol and at pool 4 that matter last nite! lol

also wen i was walking through the hostel 2day i reckonised a face an older man 58 exactly (im not good wiv ages) lol and i asked him r u from coventry? and it turns out it is who i thought it was. it was kevin, siddys dad from coventry. but we met wen he used to go to naish on holiday(bournmouth) where brad and matt lancaster always went. so im gunna av a beer with him 2nite. its so wierd u come all the way 2 australia and still see some1 u no from england?!

neway we have booked a plane back to brisbaine tommorow after finding its cheaper to fly 1 hour than it is 2 get a bus for 14 hours!? work that 1 out? 130 dollars

neway i see gas r moving up table slowly! up the gas, peace out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Singapore, Singapore

hey all yesterday we moved into ymca hostel and they didnt have any dorms so we got stung for a double room for 1 nite and today and tomorow we will b in a dorm. on the roof they had a swiming pool it was so cool! amazin a pool on the roof just hope it dont leak! spent the day up there prattin bot. then went to chinatown last nite for sumthin 2 eat , got our names wrote in chineese (apparntley) prob ses sumthin totaly diffrent. then today we woke up (we r stayin aat the ymca) this was the best nites sleep ive had so far didnt wake up 1nce and the bed was so comfy, the plan 4 today was to get up early and get caable car to mt sentosa but we didnt get up til 11am and weather was hot but looked overcatesd. after carrying the laundry half way across town we finally got it dun. then decided to go visit fort canning park (battle box) this is one of the places my grandad visited during ww2 when his navy ship was in singapore 4 a while having repairs. battle box is an underground bunker where the brittish commands took place, and famously on the 15th febuary 1941 the first brittish surrender took place to the japaneese due to many reasons.we went in the underground bunker in the exact room where the top men decided to surreder. it must of been so hot down there. however u cannot take pictures down there due to legal reasons and all that shite! but was worth goin to b soimewhere were my grandad was all those years ago when the scenery would have been soo different. as we came out of the underground bunker it was pissin down wiv rain so after tryin 2 keep dry and sorta watin 4 rain 2 go off we came across a mini festival fing goin on in the park so i decided to have a go on the rodeo bull thing but the seat was wet (thats my xcuse)and after 3.13.seconds i fucked off!
2nite we went to the riverside called clarke quay, it is like bristol waterfront just better! and just as expensive ! 4.50 for 1 pint of stella. watched a band preety gud. its sat nite so was many people out. then we found a big screen with hundres people watchin germany sweeden game, after 3mins germany scored and place erupted! so i fought fuk this im off cant watch this game wiv em all singin german songs! ""deutschland"" so we fuked off. unless they wanted the old 10 german bommers song. there would av been truble lol. so we went bak 2 hotel. neway talk soon!
