Mana Island, Mamanuca Islands, Fiji

Well it's been a day of liquid activity here on Mana Island today. This morning we swam in the ocean that is only 40 meters from our house. Mick went out for a paddle on the surf ski. The afternoon we spent by the pool at the resort drinking cocktails.

Before dinner I sat down on the beach at the house and watched the sunset. I don’t recall having ever watched the sun set over the ocean before. Lucky for me the beach we are staying at is called sunset beach.

Mana Island, Mamanuca Islands, Fiji

We've arrived at Mana Island. I’ve been told the boat trip out to the island was about an hour and a half in duration. I wouldn’t know, I slept almost all the way.

Mana island (to the best of my knowledge) has a very large resort the sits in the middle of the island with access to both the Northern and Southern beaches. The island also has some honeymoon accommodation which is separate to the main resort, and only 8 private houses. We are staying in one of the 8 houses.

Nadi, Viti Levu, Fiji

Well after only a 4 and a half hour flight here we are in Nadi. Having been awake all of yesterday, and flying out at 11:30 at night makes for a very long day. By the time the get around to serving food and drinks and the like on the plain there isn't a whole lot of time for sleeping.

I’ve been to Fiji before, but the funny thing is there is nothing familiar about this place as yet. It been 15 years since my last visit here and nothing is coming back to me as it normally does.

Well time to continue the traveling to get out to the island where we are staying.

Well the conference kicked off today. AWESOME as always. Not a lot to talk about as we spent the day indoors hearing all about the things that make our business so far ahead of the competition.

So here we are. We’ve arrived in the Harbour Town (Sydney). A simple day.

We checked into our hotel and went for a stroll around the city. The great thing about were we are is we are right on Darling Harbour. So that’s were we went.

We spent a bit of time in the Chinese Gardens, and reminisced about our time in Honk Kong last year. Conference starts tomorrow. So we’ll grab dinner, have a few drinks and call it a day.

Well we fly out in the morning so I guess it would be a good idea to pack something rather than stuffing about with travelpod and facebook.
Elizabeth and I look forward to the Juice Plus conference each year. It's a weekend to get away, learn about the latest research relating to our business, catch up with like minded people, and just spend a bit of time together doing nothing.
Sydney, here we come.
