... area at 3:20pm and were taken into the spa rooms where the ladies started off with a foot wash. The massage was designed for Edd and I to be massaged in the same room, so after our feet were nicely scrubbed, we were given netted underwear to put on and then instructed to climb onto the beds. We got to choose from one of four different types of aromatherapy oils and one hour later, we came out feeling relaxed, well oiled and smelling delicious.

... quite a spectacle to look ahead and see a trail of torches from other climbers making their way up. At 1700 meters above sea level it was no easy feat, we powered our way up through the loose rubble and sand which left us dripping with sweat by the time we reached the summit. Rewarded with a front row seat of a spectacular view, it was well worth the effort, the clouds below us gradually lifted to reveal the lake and surrounding villages as the sun poked his head up. ...

They had lots of fun doing this and laughed so much which is always lovely to see. For dinner tonight we went to the night market in the village which is always my favourite thing to do. The locals are always really friendly and are happy for us to sit with them, chat and eat our dinner, not to mention the street food ...
