An early start to make the boat at 8:30am saw me looking like an English sweaty mess as I lugged my life on my back like a turtle and headed down to the beach to get the taxi boat out to the floating jetty to head off for Ko Mook.

I was offered an upgrade at 1.5 times the price, but since my hut was already setting me back 17 euros a night I decided not to go for it. You pay for the location on Koh Kradan.
