          ... departure hall and took care of our bags. I paid BND 17 for the ticket (BND 15 – ticket, BND 2 – tax). At about 9.15 we were finally ready to jump on a car ferry and leave for Labuan. Sean and Zuzka turned out to be very friendly and I had a great time talking to them.

          ... who rowed up onto the beach of their 5 star resort at around 10pm in the evening. Then a few days ago the pirates attempted to strike a resort again, in Mabul this time, only to run into 2 off duty police officers who were eating in the restaurant at the time. A gun fight ensued and one of the policemen was killed while the pirates escaped.....scary stuff!!           Had some tasty breakfast at 8am including more of the delicious thick toast with peanut butter, coffee with condensed milk and noodles, a hard boiled egg and some small sausages.
