As soon as we arrived in Pokhara we headed up to the Sadhana yoga centre which we booked into for the next 4 nights. We huffed and puffed up a very steep hillside through a village, plodding as fast as we could manage with our huge packs on before the impending storm hit us, Lucy making significantly faster progress!

ABC Trekking Day #4 "Ups & Downs"
Woke up to a spectacular panorama outside the guesthouse under blue skies. Today's part of the trek was a series of steep ups and downs. But at least the trail was well maintained. Nepal Trek - Day 7 Acclimatisation - Ice Lake
