... as hoping for a break in the clouds to see
the sunset from the point/beach/yacht club, back over the bridge on the river
bank south of town. There was a huge procession of cars heading that way too
and we were in for a treat – the cloud made it spectacular.
Back to the super for a beer and a stack of Stax for dinner –
at over £2 a pop I just have to stop!

The 15 km ride into Punte del Este was very pleasant with clean wide Roadways with paved shoulders ideal for Cycling.
Checked in at the Salto Grande and had an excellent Merluza Fish Dinner.
Punta Del Este is very modern with Designer buildings everywhere and the Airport is packed with Corporate Jets.
The Ferias Destination Punta del Este is bustling and busy all a little too Touristic for me , but quite OK.

First we went to Casa Pueblo, the house and art gallery of the famous artist Carlos Paez Villaro. You cant take a wrong picture here everywhere you look its a great view.
