it was tricky.
First stop at the lake. The water was so beautifully green. Jerry told us that we can swim across and he will meet us there. In I go the water. Cold but nice. Very nice. And I swam towards the waterfall and sat right underneath there. The water gushes onto my back and hitting it hard.

My boredom is relative. If I was sat in the (cloudy) sun at home, drinking from 12pm and sat in a pool at 3pm before going out for tea it would be a lovely day. Here it is boring, in comparison to how the last 6 months have gone I'm bored and it has inspired these thoughts. We are bored of each other, if we aren't doing stuff to keep us busy then we have to talk, we have nothing left to talk about, she knows everything that has happened for the past 6 ...

recently started to stay in the Oslob, Cebu area.
the set up isn't great as the local fishermen have been feeding the
whale sharks to keep them in the area. However, equally, this is one
of the poorest regions of the Philippines, with very few other ways
to tempt Filipino or foreign tourists so it is totally understandable
that the locals have jumped full pelt into this money making scheme.
