The rest of the day was spent golfing, unoing, swimming and watching TV in kids club. I did some preparation for an interview.
At 4.30pm I went for a run with a Dutch guy Nowho had his own sports marketing company who knows Louis Van Gaal well! He also knew De Zeeuw!!
The evening was spent in our usual spot on the beach and after a short game of football we were off to bed.
... and his mate spoke no English but smiled and seemed to know where we were going and we were off!
The journey to Koh Muk took about 45 mins and the kids were enjoying being out on the open ocean. The boat was an old one with the engine fixed to the back. A speedboat it wasn't but it's the traditional iconic Thai style.
The cave was at the back of the island and as we came close, we joked about cap'n Jack Sparrow ...
... From the small pit of sand connecting it to the main land you could see both ways up the coast. Amazing.
The return journey was great. all along the beach. About 12km over all. A little shorter than before but still a solid workout.

The curse of the Horton holiday strikes again and Thomas is up and in our bed with a very high temperature.
