We woke this morning after a better night for Leesh who only woke once from migraine pain. After soaking a singlet in hot water and giving her aspirin and panadeine forte, she woke up feeling much better ready to attack the day. We flick on the tv onto the CBC news from America to see the hostage siege in Sydney taking place. We came into the saga just before the police went in and the gunfire was heard. It was shocking and neither of us ...

We’ve had 2 full days at sea sailing down the West Coast of the USA and along the thin Baja California peninsula that starts at the border town of Tijuana and finishes up at our destination for today, Cabo San Lucas.

... at the Container Bar-Restaurant in Puerto los Cabos (so named because the buildings are old shipping containers). A good night's sleep and a "South of the border" attitude find the MEN hittting the Tecate tienda around noon the next day and heading north in the Sea of Cortez.
