Given the terribly late start of this blog, I'm trying to work within the bounds of how I know it functions and to get all the places memorialized chronologically. The flight arrived a bit before 11 pm and by the time I cleared customs and got a taxi it was 11.40 The $90 cab ride took about 30 minutes of driving through almost deserted streets, so I didn’t get to the Riverside until after midnight. But at least I got there.

We finished off our stroll along the promenade, looking for somewhere to have a drink. Bahai Cobana patio bar seemed inviting, so we crossed over to find it was part of the Days Inn accommodation.
