I set off early solo to go to post office etc and have walk - met up with I & J later and we got streetcar to edge of Washington Park... Got there and then small hopper bus higher up to the huge Rose testing ground ( phenomenal roses, colours and scents) then walk to Japanese Garden where I parted company with Ian n Jess as they were going further for long trail walk ...
