... out, smear it on, dry, get a bracing cold shower then a freezing hose off from the stern looking attendant, and gratefully slide into the 39* sulfur pool. We poured into the sports bar back on board for the all blacks v England game. Only to find there is no rugby channel. We are currently watching Italian serie B, EPL and Bundesliga all at once. ... had been waiting 25 minutes for the baggage man. If his bags were to be overweight at the air port he would charge it to the hotel. He was still shouting while the porter came and I left with him to retrieve our bags. After this fuss his blood pressure boiled over when he couldn't find his passport. Such entertainment - his wife soon found it for him - his behaviour really was disgraceful.

... that was left was a shallow lake and marsh which gave rise to malaria which wiped out most of the population. An earthquake destroyed the rest of the city.

Following this we went, by boat, to a local seafood restaurant. We started with a delicious meze plate and then they served chicken, beef or fish. the meze plate, which I had was delicious.

Then the 1.5 hour ride back to the ship. Tomorrow is Kusadasi.

I spent two weeks on a volunteer workcamp in the district of Mugla. I went through an organisation called CSV which offers many different workcamps at affordable prices. I chose to volunteer at a Cat and Dog shelter as I am a huge animal lover.
