... that - It was great.  I arrived at New York Penn on 7th avenue and walked up to my hotel - not easy with a 32kg backpack.  People in new York walk slowly.  Made it back tot he hotel and checked in - it is a room - nothing else - no minibar or restaurant but it does the trick.  It is right in the middle of everything ...

After spending day after day walking everywhere else and stumbling across fantastic sites and experiences we discovered that method doesn't work in NYC. We literally walked for hours and saw nothing but lego block building after ...

We had a pretty lazy day on Sunday. We dyed Mardi's hair and whilst she was letting the dye set I went for a walk and picked up some lunch. I ventured up to 63rd street and Eighth avenue and took some photos around this area, most of you will understand the 63 reference given recent events in Australia around the death of Phillip Hughes.

I walked back from 63rd street to 44th and grabbed lunch at Shake Shack. Yum.

After lunch we ventured to ...
